WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU REQUEST SUPPORT

WHAT TO PREPARE

Before submitting a request, gather any documents that may help verify your situation and eligibility. Depending on the program, we may request:

Government-issued identification
Proof of residency
Household or income information
Lease, housing, eviction, or past-due notices
School or child information
Veteran or military documentation
Résumé or employment history
Business information, if applicable
Bills, notices, or other records related to your request

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

After your Support Request Form is submitted, our team reviews the information provided and determines whether additional documentation is needed.

If your request appears to meet initial program requirements, you may be scheduled for a brief conversation with a Program Coordinator to better understand your needs, confirm eligibility, and discuss available support options.

Typical process:

  1. Support Request Form submitted

  2. Initial review by our team

  3. Additional documents requested, if needed

  4. Program Coordinator conversation

  5. Eligibility and resource review

  6. Next steps communicated to you

Turnaround times vary based on the program, urgency of the request, completeness of documentation, available funding, location, and current program capacity. Complete submissions can generally be reviewed more quickly than requests requiring additional information.

Please note: Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance. All support is subject to program eligibility, available resources, funding, geographic requirements, and current capacity.
